WBC I/UCRC Spring 2018 Industry Advisory Board Meeting and Technical Forum (NOTE Date Change)
The Spring meeting of the Industry Advisory Board (IAB) will take place on Wednesday and Thursday, April 18-19, 2018 on the campus of
Oregon State University in Corvallis. Both the Technical Committee (TC) and Executive Committee (EC) are scheduled to meet.
Use either the Portland, Oregon Airport (PDX) or Eugene, Oregon Airport (EUG) if air travel is required. Shuttle service to and from

The IAB Technical Committee will meet at Oregon State's CH2M HILL Alumni Center, 725 SW 26th Street, beginning at 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday. The Alumni Center is within
walking distance of the hotel; a map will be provided with meeting materials. Those driving to the meeting can either park at the
Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) and walk (recommended), or purchase a full-day parking permit and park on campus. These can be purchased in advance of the meeting,
online, through the OSU Parking Services Office.
The cost is $10/day (subject to change). Thursday's Closed-Door Session will take place in the OSU Memorial Union, 2501 SW Jefferson Way, in Room 109.
Transportation will be provided from the HGI. The faculty meeting location is yet to be determine.
The IAB Executive Committee will meet in the OSU Memorial Union, Room 109, on Thursday, April 19th. The meeting will begin at noon with lunch and end by 5:00 p.m.
Transportation will be provided from the HGI, or you may secure a parking pass using the instructions above.
A Wednesday evening Technical Forum and Reception will be held at Vue Corvallis, 517 SW 2nd Street, Corvallis, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Transportation will be provided from the HGI.
The cost for extra participants for the meeting (beyond three/member) will be US$395 per person.
All attendees must register for the meeting using the Register button on the
front page of the website (the case-sensitive password to enter the site is "WBC"). The deadline for registration is
Friday, March 23, 2018.

Hilton Garden Inn Corvallis, 2500 SW Western Boulevard, Corvallis, Oregon, 97333, at a reduced rate of $139.00 per night.

Wood-Based Composites Center Advisory Board Meeting. You must make your reservation on or before Friday, March 23, 2018
as rooms will be released to the public after this date and the special rate will no longer be offered. Early planning is recommended,
as the Hilton Garden Inn frequently sells out, and rooms outside the block are very expensive.
